Virtual Live Stream Events

概述

With the necessity to maintain social distancing during a period of COVID-19, the Lane University Center has established methodologies to permit historically large-scale programs to take place without an audience present through the optional use of live streaming events which occur in the Alice R. 摩尼库会堂 (ARMAH).  This plan allows for the continuation of major events while working towards ensuring the continued safety of the campus community by following social distancing.

• High-quality streaming to broadcast your event in full HD, giving your viewers the best quality across all devices.
• Simultaneous stream to Facebook, YouTube, 抽搐, 潜望镜, LinkedIn, or a custom Real-Time Message Protocol.
• Engagement tools such as live Q&A, polls, audience chat, email capture, or custom calls-to-action.
• Full event recordings in an MP4 format once the event has concluded.
• Three controllable, wall-mounted cameras for different viewing angles throughout the event.

• Prior to your event, give your attendees the 查看链接 对于活动. Once the stream is live, attendees will be able to view the event via the 查看链接 or any platform the stream is cast to.
• 如果需要, the view window can include a Chat Window in which attendees may log in with their Facebook account or as a guest to chat and interact with other attendees.

需求

• The streamed event must be held in the Alice R. Manicure Assembly Hall and include the LUC Large Event/Concert Sound System, which does incur a nominal cost for equipment and labor. There is no additional charge for the live stream of an event.
  • The average cost for a two (2) hour live stream event is approximately $350.  A formal estimate based on your exact event needs will be generated for your approval prior to your event.  
• 另外, one Technical Services 工作人员 member must be scheduled to operate and monitor the live stream feed up to an hour before and after the event is scheduled along with the duration of the event.
• The time that the stream should be active, and end must be submitted with the EMS request, along with an event timeline and any platforms/accounts you wish to cast to.
• Any pertinent graphics, 音乐, 文档, 幻灯片, 视频, or requested camera angles, must be submitted two weeks prior to the event.
